Welcoming Destini to the SPECO Team!
St. Peter’s Episcopal Community Outreach (SPECO) is excited to welcome our newest team member, Destini Kasee, whose heart for service and dedication to community make her a perfect fit for our mission.
From the moment she learned about SPECO, Destini felt drawn to the organization’s commitment to real impact. “SPECO doesn’t just talk about making a difference,” she shared. “It actively works to do it every single day.” That alignment of values made joining the team a natural next step in her journey.
Destini’s background blends customer service, community involvement, and relationship-centered roles. Over the years, she has built strong communication skills, honed her organizational strengths, and discovered a passion for uplifting others, all of which prepare her well for her work here at SPECO.
In her new position, Destini will focus on expanding SPECO’s outreach efforts and building strong relationships throughout the community. Her goal? To make sure every person who crosses paths with SPECO feels “valued, seen, and supported.”
What she’s looking forward to most is simple and heartfelt: connection. “I’m excited to hear people’s stories, understand their needs, and find meaningful ways to uplift them. Making a difference in someone’s day or life is what motivates me.”
For Destini, community outreach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and purpose. It’s about creating safe, supportive spaces where people feel their worth, and she brings that spirit into everything she does.
Outside of work, Destini loves spending time with her family, making memories with her kids, and embracing any form of light-hearted competition, whether it’s sports, bingo, or board games. She’s a blend of practical and sentimental, someone who enjoys organizing yet treasures the small, meaningful things that tell a story.
If she had to describe herself in three words? Compassionate. Dedicated. Hardworking.
