Save A Life Day is the country’s largest annual free naloxone day. On September 24, 2026, all 50 states are invited to participate in this national event. The goal is simple but powerful: provide life-saving Narcan (naloxone) to those who need it most while building a grassroots movement to end the overdose crisis.
Last year (2024) in Cabell County, SPECO proudly led the way for the sixth year, distributing 1,380 Narcan Nasal Kits across 17 locations. This year, we’re aiming even higher—and we want you to be a part of it.
Let’s meet people where they are—with empathy, support, and lifesaving resources.

Sites that hosted in previous years will be given FIRST CHOICE in their areas, but ALL interested organizations are welcome to sign up!
