SPECO Brings Cool Treats and Community Connection to Summer Saturdays
This June 2026, SPECO showed up in Central City -- and brought popsicles!
As part of the Old Central City Association's Summer Saturdays series at Central City Gazebo Park, SPECO set up a booth to connect with neighbors, hand out cold treats, and share what we do. Visitors picked up recipe cards and learned about two of our core programs: our weekly food pantry and Cooking with SPECO. We'll be back on August 15, sharing information about the Lot of Love Garden!
Our food pantry is open each week and free to anyone in need:
- Wednesdays, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Thursdays, 12:30 - 2:00 PM
