On Sep 24th, 2026, all the states in the US are invited to participate in the national day of free naloxone!
SPECO is proud to lead Cabell County in joining this countrywide movement, offering free naloxone across the county throughout the entire day! This is our 6th year leading Cabell County. Last year, we helped distribute 1380 Narcan Nasal Kits across 17 sites! Ready to see what we can do this year? Follow along and consider being a part of something huge!

Save A Life Day is the country’s largest annual free naloxone day - its footprint grows bigger every year. The goal is to distribute as much life-saving Narcan (aka naloxone) as possible to the people who need it the most while building an unstoppable grassroots movement to end the overdose crisis.
